Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal information only where necessary to deliver our services. This includes: names and email addresses collected via our forms; CV and professional profile information submitted voluntarily through Proof of You; contact and business information submitted via institutional enquiry forms; and usage data collected via analytics tools to understand how visitors use our platform.

CVs and conversational responses submitted through Proof of You are processed during your session only and are not stored beyond that session unless you have explicitly consented.

We use personal information to deliver the services you have requested, to send you updates where you have opted in, and to improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share it with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering our services, subject to appropriate data processing terms.

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer at geert@ai-moments.africa. We will respond within 30 days.

Proof of You is built on third-party AI infrastructure. Conversational data may be processed via cloud services outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to ensure all third-party processors are subject to data processing terms consistent with POPIA.
