How do I access something I've bought?

Sign in with the same email you used to purchase — we'll send you a one-click sign-in link, no password needed. Everything you've bought will appear in My Library.

What does R299 unlock?

That one workflow, permanently. You can access it on any device as long as you sign in with the same email.

What does R699 get me?

The full PlayBook — a curated sequence of workflows designed to work together, plus a downloadable PDF guide.

Can my team use it?

Your purchase is tied to your email. If you'd like to set up access for a team, get in touch — we'll work something out.

What's your refund policy?

If you bought something by mistake and haven't accessed it yet, contact us within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Once accessed, we don't offer refunds — but we do stand behind what we build, so if something isn't working, reach out.

Why is pricing in ZAR?

We're a South African business building for the African market. Where we show it, the approximate euro equivalent is for reference only — ZAR is the billing currency.
