Creator of PROOF OF YOU

What if the most capableperson in the roomcouldn’t prove it?
They don’t have the words.Yet.
Excavating the articulation gap
unemployed
Most can do the work.
The gap is not always capability.
It is the language to prove it.
How the excavation works
- 01Read the seam
Your CV, parsed for what it claims but hasn’t proven
- 02Sink the shaft
An adaptive conversation, no fixed script, no scoring
- 03Test the ore
Every statement tested against your own account
- 04Bring it up
3–5 proof cards, in your own words, yours to keep
What was mined
Capabilities no CV had captured. Until now.
I build for the person on the other end. The measure I use is whether they can figure it out without needing help.
I sit with uncertainty until the picture gets clear enough to be useful. I don't call something before I'm confident enough in what I'm seeing.
I can't leave a thing half-known. I stay with it until I understand it. That's not a habit. It's just how I'm built.
Others who went down the same shaft
It was spot on. The line of questioning was amazing too, it was fun.
For me it's perfect. I got to learn a lot about myself through this.
Made me realise certain aspects of my CV that I'd downplayed. And a theme in my life that I'd been too 'zoomed in' to notice.
What holds it up.
Every shaft needs supports. These six run under every Proof of You session.
Designed around South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act from the start.
No CVs and no conversation transcripts are stored. Nothing personal is shared without consent.
The proof cards belong to the graduate. Their words, theirs to use and share.
Nothing is invented. Every card is built only from what the person actually said.
Made for the phone in your pocket. Light on data, works in any browser, nothing to install. About 10 to 15 minutes.
Built here, for South African graduates, their CVs and the way they tell their stories.
